A simple, guided way to make your usucha, matcha prepared with water, just as it's traditionally enjoyed.
STEP 1: MEASURE
Scoop 2g of matcha into your bowl. Notice the fresh aroma of the tea.
STEP 2: HYDRATE
Add 10ml of room temperature water. Gently mix in a circular motion until the clumps dissolve into a rich, smooth paste.
STEP 3: WHISK
Pour in 60ml of hot water (180°F). Whisk in a zigzag motion to create an airy, silky foam. Enjoy your usucha.
